About Kay

I  am a follower of Jesus, blessed by a great family: a wonderful husband,  two remarkable grown children, a terrific son-in-law, two very busy granddaughters, and a perfect Goldendoodle. God has given me a love for his Word, travel, books, fun, missions, and for following his call to teach, write, and lead. Serving God and his people has brought me far more joy than I ever expected or imagined! 

I was honored to serve  on two church staffs, totally ten years, in the Dallas, Texas area.  I learned a lot about leadership and people and discovered how to help women best grow their influence.

I  received a Master of Arts in Christian Education with a focus on Women’s Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Effective Ministries to Women.
